We request a variety of information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information, shipping information and financial information. This information is used to create, fulfill, and ship your order. If there are any issues with your order, we will use the contact information you have provided to get in touch with you.

We protect any information you give us very carefully. When you submit any information to us via our website it is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data) on line, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of our web page.

Cancellation / Return Policy
Orders for products built-to-order cannot be cancelled or the product returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake in order fulfillment. In these cases, authorization must be received prior to the return of the product. It is at our sole discretion as to whether a defective product will be repaired or replaced. Returned products must be sent back in like new condition in their original packaging and any damage caused by customer mishandling or improper packaging will be at the expense of the customer. Stock products cannot be returned without authorization. If approval is given, they must be returned in like new condition and in the original packaging. A restocking fee will apply.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are via UPS, signature required, unless alternate arrangements are made in advance. Any alternate shipping arrangements or shipping to a PO Box require a signed release waiver.
Company and personal checks must include a printed name, street address, and telephone number. Orders paid by check will not be put into production until the check has cleared and funds are secured. International postal money orders are acceptable but orders paid in this manner will not be put into production until funds are secured.
We identify all shipping costs at the time of order. Costs for international customers and expedited shipping are by request and costs must be agreed upon before an order will be processed.
