This wheel is “sold as is” in acceptable used condition. Item has obvious wear but is still operational. There are tears and holes in the Sahara Tan soft touch finish. The Fathom Blue upper handle section, stainless steel and chrome are still in very good condition. Mounting hardware, horn button, instructions and box are all brand new. See attached photos for detail of worst imperfections.
