Purchase requirements
We do not have a minimum buy-in or annual volume level as our products are made to order. Our lead times are typically very short but having our products on hand and ready to sell is of course beneficial to your sales.
Pricing
We provide a discount to those who resell our products. As we sell our products at retail prices to retail customers we ask you to sell our products at retail. Price sheets are available on request. Custom work such as leather wraps, custom inlays, custom paint and engraving services are priced individually.
Ordering
We provide full support to make selecting and ordering as easy and seamless as possible. You can place orders online using our Wheel Builder and Instrument Builder programs, by email with a full description or by telephone. Lead times for “standard” products are typically one - two weeks from receipt of order to shipment.
Shipping
All shipments are via UPS (signature required) and we can ship on your account if you wish. Drop shipping to your customer is available if you provide us with the appropriate UPS paperwork and shipping labels.
Terms
As each of our products are individually built and unique, all orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. Payment via credit card is preferred as orders paid by check will be held until the check has cleared. Open accounts can be established if your sales volume warrants doing so. An application for credit must be completed and approved for all open accounts.

All the images and copy we have on-line, or in print, is available for your use. There is a file for them at https://dealer.CON2R.com. Color segment samples for the steering wheels are available at no charge and we can also provide trim samples upon request.
