Everyone at CON2R has been smiling since we learned our 1947-53 GMC truck gauges and “Tri-5” Chevrolet “SuperStock” Instrumentation had been recognized at SEMA 2016 with three Global Media Awards.
Twenty-nine judges, who are top automotive journalists from around the world, were given the monumental task of reviewing nearly 3,000 entries and then winnowing those down to the 180 that received a GMA at the show.
“It’s an honor to receive one GMA but receiving three provides us with a great sense of validation for the effort we have put into creating these products” says CON2R’s president Bob Peterson.
The selection comments provided by the judges about our products were universal in their recognition of how our designs had a true “Old Skool” look that was coupled with high-tech instrument drives.
